The time has arrived…the 1st of the month!

This is the day I remind tenants and home owners to replace their AC filter.  Our AC filters take out dust, dirt, hair, allergens, etc.!  Below is a picture I took this morning of my personal AC filter after only being used for 31 days (August)!  What a great reminder to replace it monthly!
